Newly renovated Cozy sunny backyard with lots of seating areas and beautiful newly installed in-ground pool. Covered patio area. Three different patio heaters (post heater, table top fire pit, paver fire pit). Umbrella for extra shade. Trampoline for kids available. Fenced yard all around. Driveway for four cars available and lots of street parking. If staying past sunset, the yard is lit all around. Inside pool Lighting and lots of lighting. On-site porta-potty. Grilling available. Tiki bar with lighting and shelving when hosting.

No access to the house. Porta potty offered. No glass near the pool side or in the pool. Everyone who can’t swim must wear a life vest or floaty. I have 20 outdoor seats. If you wish to have more chairs and tables it will be an extra charge or you would have to rent your own. Please make sure to recycle your trash.
