Heated Pool
38,000 gallon plus size pool, Gas heater takes 10-12hrs (24hr notice needed) to heat up. In summer due to heat the water will be 75’s degree + range which is nice because it is refreshing in the heat. Summer months average temps June ~78+, July ~82+, August ~79+, September ~76+, October colder than September

Heated Hot Tub for 6-8 adults, from 101-104 degrees please MSG in Advance to adjust to desired heat.
