38,000 gallon pool with room to stretch with all your friends. You might as well call it a lake. Exclusive location with a beautiful pool to host a birthday party or just have fun. 3 hour min on weekends.

Heated Hot Tub for 6-8 adults, from 101-104 degrees please MSG in Advance to adjust to desired heat.

Heated Pool

The water is solar heated. The temperature will vary but it is refreshing in the heat. Summer months average temps June ~80+, July ~85+, August ~85, September ~80. I do not recommend heating during summer. I can heat with Gas heater (24hr notice needed).

Please clean up all trash. A blue Recycling bin and a trash can will be provided.. If children are attending, a lifeguard/responsible adult is required to watch pool while in use. Please do not take toys down the slide it can damage it or the toys. NO SMOKING of cigarettes. NO ALCOHOL TO MINORS OF ANY KIND PLEASE!! Parties are permitted within capacity limits within reason and music can be played before 7pm. No food or beverages in pool or jacuzzi (no glass). If you leave a mess we will charg...
