Long Island Resort Escape

Resort like setting with a 16x32 in-ground heated (80-82 degrees) salt-water Pool with 32” shallow end, 3 step corner walk-in steps at shallow end and 1 ladder at deep end. Pool also has a 10 inch safety ledge all around perimeter of pool. Swim at your own risk, if you are not a good swimmer please stay at shallow end of pool, Pool has new grey paver deck surround and large paver deck area with 4 lounge chairs and umbrella , 1 high table with Umbrella and 4 high chairs and 4 low chairs , hammock use included along with several pool floats, a few water shooters and several float/swim vests for smaller kids. I can provide small kiddie pool with prior notice. Grass lawn area for getting sun. Gas BBQ grill available with grilling tools. please let me know in advance if you will want to use the grill. If you like I can also provide ,prepare and cook fresh made 100% organic grass fed beef hamburgers, Hebrew national hot dogs, fresh green salad and potato salad for a charge but this will only be provided by special request and we can discuss price after booking. IMPORTANT: On Saturday the pool is only available from 10:00 - 2:00.
