Enjoy your own private oasis with a fenced yard, shaded grassy areas, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, pool basketball, floats, and the chance to spot deer, hawks, eagles, geese, and other local wildlife. Message us—we’d love to help create the perfect experience. Private ADA Portable restroom for guests use provided. A signed waiver is required for all guests before entry see the QR code in the images to download waivers. Groups of more than 15 can message us with event info for consideration. Groups of 20 or more will be REQUIRED to include Security as part of their package. A Security officer will be on the grounds during your booking to make sure the rules are being adhered to. The cost is $75 per hour paid in advance by the booking party. The yard/pool area is 100 percent smoke-free, vape-free, no fire-arms, no nudity, fireworks or 420 usage allowed.
