This backyard area has a feeling of calmness that will allow you to relax and enjoy the pool, firepit and hot tube. This outdoor area is simple and spacious, it comes with a firepit w/outdoor TV, Bluetooth speaker and lounge chairs. There is a kitchen area with a fridge and grill. The grill and hot tube is an additional fee. The area is great for a family gathering, children's party, team parties, or just wanted to relax and enjoy a drink poolside. The grass area has lots of room for additional party activities . It can accommodate a bounce house for a child's party or a small intimate poolside wedding. This a perfect location for a husband and wife day/night to swim under the stars, relax, and listen to music while drinking your favorite beverage. Ladies' Pamper day/night-out & Men’s” Fellas” day/night out. We will rent out to swim instructors looking to host swim lessons for the Spring/Summer. We do offer flat rate for birthday parties 8 hours(full day). Message host for details. REQUIRED: You must speak with the host about details after booking & a release form must be filled out before entering the backyard/pool area. The pool depth 4 ft to 5.7 ft.
