Something for everyone! 16 x 32 ft. pool with heated spa, 1/2 court basketball court and 30 x 30 pavilion with outdoor kitchen, tv and enough room for tables and chairs! Great for a graduation party, kids pool party or a place to chill this summer!

No running on pavers around the pool. Children must be supervised in pool. No food or drinks in the pool. No parking or driving in the grass. No smoking on the premises. No drug activity Bookings are limited to the enclosed back yard only, no hanging out elsewhere. No air bounces, water slides, mechanical bull or any plug in machines allowed unless cleared first through host. If you pay for an extra amenity it must be added prior to your booking start time so the host can have it available...
