More than just A PLACE To Swim. An inviting yard and cabana with all the wants of a day at the pool. Dryer for warm towels, fridge for cold drinks, yard and games to play with, microwave to heat snacks, and a blender for those adult beverages. A happy PLACE that you will want to come back to. Royal Oak neighborhood near Northwood Elementary. This listing is for those looking to practice swimming, relaxing, and playing. In order to maintain the neighborhood vibe we do not host parties.

ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS on the property. Acrylic pitchers, cups and serving dishes are available for transfer at the gate. Excessive drinking not tolerated. Social Drinking allowed. NO smoking weed (don't want the smell) NO vaping THC (don't want the smell)
