About the pool

Beautiful landscaped back yard with lawn area and plenty of pool deck. 2 tables for 4. 4 chaise lounges. 2 seating sets with bench/love seat and 2 additional chairs. Lots of room to spread out. Nice lawn. 7 umbrellas. Quiet neighborhood. If I am here can use restroom.

No loud parties. More of a family pool. Pool Is 15 x 30 plus stairs. 3 feet to 4 in shallow end then drop off to 9 feet. There is a cement dog statue by the side of the pool - this marks where the pool drops into the deep end. Do not go past dog if you can not swim. Bring your own towels and ice for cooler. Please please, if you use suntan OIL, do not sit on the cushions with OIL on - put a towel down first as the oil stains the cushions.
