• All rentals include the private pool for you and your guests.
• Only swim wear is allowed in the pool.
• No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool.
• No food or drinks are allowed in the pool. This includes candy. Everything has to stay outside the pool.
• We are not responsible for any items left behind.
• No selling of tickets for any events for personal profit allowed.
