Leslie's Pool and Spacious Yard

Leslie’s pool is great for family/friends to gather and swim. Fantastic venue for parties & celebrations for small and large groups. There's a medium, round Weber charcoal grill for use. There are pool noodles, 4 kids swim vests and a pool basketball goal w balls in a storage bin. The huge backyard allows guests to spread out and enjoy games such as frisbee, corn hole, volleyball and horse shoes. There are lots of trees along the fence line which provide privacy. There is a lounger to get your tan on, 45 stacked patio chairs, and 2 patio tables with umbrellas by the pool. There are 5 picnic tables under the carport for your spread (food, drinks/alcohol allowed) and 2 (10 x 10) canopies. The carport is right by the pool and offers shade and shelter from the TX heat. This is a critical space for babies, pets & older adults. There are 2 large trashcans and extra trash bags available. Please remember to take your trash with you when departing. The bathroom has ac and is located under the carport. I routinely offer additional swim time at no extra cost when the schedule allows...nobody else does this. Be a great Swimply Guest by showing up at the scheduled time, read through the Host’s rules, and make sure you and your group leave on time with no trace left behind.
