Brand new screened-in 9,000 gallon saltwater pool and spa with bubbler. Also includes swimming lane, covered sitting area with comfortable patio furniture, remote controlled fan and lights, and two lounging chairs for tanning. Perfect for families! If guests want to book a reservation on a holiday make sure to choose the mandatory "Holiday Amenity.”

Dry yourself fully before entering to use the house restroom. Please close the door fully before entering or exiting, as we have two indoor cats. The bathroom is past the kitchen, down the first left hall, center door. No glass allowed in pool area and patio. No diving or running allowed. All infants and children must be supervised by adults at all times.
