Pool can be heated to 80-85 plus or minus 3 degrees depending on ambient temperature between Memorial Day and Labor Day if requested. However it takes 1 to 3 days lead time to heat the pool depending on ambient temperature. Outside of the summer pool season only the jacuzzi can be used for heating.

Jacuzzi is available for heating year round.

New clean beverage refrigerator

New clean full size refrigerator accessible and usable within garage if you should bring refreshments and beverages.

Music is welcome, please be considerate of neighbors and enjoy. Access to restroom in home first floor through use of rear garage door or through home sliding door, dry feet before entering home. May also use new refrigerator in garage to keep your beverages chilled, or use a cooler in back yard. Please bring your own towels although can provide towels if needed. Pool and yard is ready to enjoy :-)
