Right here in Cary on a surprisingly large lot on a quiet street, you're invited to come enjoy a private backyard spa in a forested setting. Privacy screening from neighbors is provided by a combination of the woods, landscaping and a great distance across a stream and forest to any backyard neighbors. Our big, clean hot tub is located around back, 12 feet below a large private sun deck (an optional upgrade) and screen porch on large wooded lot. You'll always have a roof over your head here in the spa to enjoy it no matter what the weather does: ☔ ❄️ or 🌞. Conveniently located near Crossroads and the Tryon/Kildaire Farm Roads area on almost 3/4 of an acre.

Along with free Google Fiber wifi, you can freely and independently access the indoor restroom with clean glass shower and pebble tile floor located 10 feet away from the hot tub. (see photo). You can wash off before/after your soak if you choose.

Optional premium amenities you can add: fresh clean towels, use of the large private multi-level sun deck upstairs (April 16 to October), indoor family game room with high top table and chairs, pool table and pinball machine, all located just 10 feet from the spa. You can also add these amenities once you arrive.

Your view from the spa is peaceful and quiet. This is a great getaway for one, a couple, or a small group. Max of 5 at a time in the spa so it won't overflow, but we can host a group of 10 easily given the extra seating and plentiful space outside the spa. If >7, you'll likely need to add on space in the family room or deck, too. Ample clean seating & an outdoor table outside are near the spa, along with 4 Adirondack chairs you can move.

Feel free to bring your food / beverages, just no glass please. You control the amount of lighting you want for the atmosphere. Your pet can tag along as long as 🐕 stays out of the spa, but he can explore t

4-6 person hot tub, 5 is recommended max at once. Adjustable night lighting thru entire area. Privacy: Back neighbors 100 yards away through large forest. Pleasantly fragrant jasmine vines in season provide nearby screening year round. Watch for deer wandering by the stream.

Large private outdoor sundeck to lay out and tan. Full sun 11 AM-4 PM from Apr 15-Oct 1. Reached by exterior deck stairs just up from hot tub 15 ft away. Adjacent to the hot tub In the downstairs game room is a pool table available as an additional amenity in case not everyone wants to soak. (A separate amenity from the pool table is the pinball machine on unlimited play.) Booking either pool or pinball includes game room - no need to add room .

Full-size fully-restored game-: Corvette pinball by Bally is set for unlimited free plays. Indoors right next to the hot tub in the game room alongside the pool table. No need to book game room too as it's included in pinball or pool table rental. Great to take a break from soaking.

Helpful during cool months when you might want to lounge indoors at a high top table and 4 stools. No glass in the hot tub or on the patio. Built in cupholders in the spa for your plastic cups. Your dog is welcome to tag along and explore the back yard, but obviously can't get in the hot tub! Max of 5 guests in the hot tub at once or it will overflow. For the neighbors' sake, please keep voices and music moderate after 9 PM. At other times I only request you keep music at good-neighbor volumes. Please toss trash in the bin as you leave. Thanks and enjoy!
