The best parties happen by the pool, and this South Austin spot has everything. Speakers, cooler, grill, TV with Fire Stick, pool basketball, cornhole, beer pong table, night lights, darts, giant Jenga, and more.

It’s private and all yours (house blinds will all be closed), so you can just show up and of have fun.

Sun or shade, you have plenty of options and a lot of seating areas. The front yard is grass and fenced in so feel free to use that as well.

Dogs are welcome and allowed in the pool in off seasons but please check with me first to confirm especially if you have more than one shedding dog and please select the amenity charge if your dog sheds.

I will allow you to use my home restroom if I am there and available.
