About the pool

A private relaxing Oasis with spa availability, it is the perfect venue for kids bday parties, family celebrations, graduations or any event type. Many add ons available, contact owner for a list of package add ons Game Truck, basketball court, large games, mini golf ⛳️, inflatable screen with projector, tables and chairs and more. Family friendly Parties allowed.

Heated pool and Spa are heated together. Rate will change and be more from November To February.

Hot Tub

Hot tub alone is $50, if you'd like the pool and spa heated it will be $100 for both. Rate will be higher from November to February.

Pool Toys

Your welcome to bring your own toys/inflatables. We can provide a pump to inflate any toys. Pool basketball or volleyball setup is included but must notify us beforehand.

Free wifi, signal around the house varies, must contact owner to sign in.

Absolutely no type of drugs, weed or smoking anywhere on the property. Decorations, catering, jumpers and 3rd party vendor setup is allowed. Amenity cleaning fee of $250 must be added and paid for renters wanting to decorate, bring in food or setup canopies and such. Cleaning fee must be paid thru us on the day of your event. Cleaning fee will be returned 2 days after your event date, once we verify everything is cleaned and in the condition it was before. No running around the pool, No...
