About the pool

Welcome to Chase Estates, where water and fun meet. We look forward to hosting your special event for a fun family day or a quiet romantic evening swim. We have ample yard parking, a nice gazebo with a ceiling fan, on-site bathroom, and a shower. Our pool is super kid friendly with built in seating and foot railing around the deep end of the pool (great for new swimmers). In addition, we will roll out the red carpet to make your experience a memorable one with a table and chair(s) set-up, access to pool toys, and a heated pool (optional). With the Georgia heat, a heated pool may not be necessary. We are located in Rockdale County. ***Currently, the slide is inoperable and will be out of order. By accepting this rental, you agree to follow all Swimply conditions and liability terms.

We have common pool toys, such as beach balls and pool noodles.

Speakers

We have a large blue tooth speaker you can connect to while in the pool. Please adhere to the Rockdale county noise ordinance. You can turn the music up really loud and our neighbors usually can not hear the music based on the fence and wooded area.

Tables

We have a 6ft table we will pull out for you to store your pool gear and other essential items.

Chairs

We have comfortable chairs with cushions that we will pull out for your guests who are not swimming.
