About the pool

About the pool: Our pool is 12 feet wide by 20 feet long. We keep it heated to 85 degrees year round. The pool deck area has radiant heated flooring, so it is quite cozy. Kitchenette Area: We include the kitchenette with each rental. The kitchenette has a microwave, Keurig, and sink. You can bring in food here and watch the kids swim while you relax! TV area: We also include access to the adjoining living area, which includes a 75" tv and sofa/couch.

What makes it special

Heated Pool

We keep the pool at 85 degrees fahrenheit. It runs off our boiler, so it is toasty : ) Note that we have in-floor heat throughout the basement and the pool area. There is not a cold spot anywhere!

Shower

The shower is very private, and is located directly off the pool area.

Pool Toys

We have pool volleyball, pool cornhole game, various balls and floating toys for toddlers.

WiFi

WiFi is available. We have fiberoptic internet (it is fast!)

Speakers

Ceiling speakers throughout the basement and pool area. These really just work with the radio.

Additional rules

We are a young family, and want to share our family-friendly space with others. Please, good clean fun only (no alcohol or smoking). With our pool rental, we allow access to our kitchenette area and adjoining living/tv area. We only ask that you don't bring food/drink into the tv area, and that you take leftovers and trash with you. We do not have a lifeguard, so please watch your kiddos. Have fun!
