About the pool

Gorgeous pebble tech pool with fountains, spa and jacuzzi.

Pool temp during summer days is at 80 degrees. If booking in non summer months - please add pool heating so can heat to 80

Viking BBQ , outdoor stove, huge yard, kid friendly, pet friendly.. ur pet can enjoy back yard while u swim ..

Sit down out dinning table that sits 6 , lounge, chairs , plenty of shaded area..

patio is furnished with sofa and dinning table Come enjoy the palm trees, music and bbq!

Kitchen and Access to inside of house available with permission.

Note: indoor home bath room access in house only available if I am present. Outdoor door shower on side of house and plenty of trees in back.

Backyard around pool the grassy area may be dead /yellow in summer and thier maybe some dirt. Added pictures of both winter (green grass) and summer( yellow)

Heated Pool

Pool temp is usally set to 80 in summer - may thru october - depends on weather. In winters - nov to march pool is not heated and upon request and depending on weather can be heated to 72 with a charge

Hot Tub

Spa can be heated to max 100 but requires 1-2 hours lead time depending on the outdoor temp. If paid for spa it will be turned on once u arrive and will be heated. The spa is remotely controlled, howeve sometime the heater does not come on - ie water sill not warm up - but spa jets work. If this happens AND you paid extra for spa. Money will be refunded

Grill

Viking outdoor bbq with 6 burners and two stoves available. Bbq cooking utensils provided

Towels

There are towels in the patio. After use please put the towels to dry on chairs

Shower

Outdoor semi- private shower with warm water and body wash avaialble on WEST side ( bbq side) of the house. Walk to side of house and you will see a hand held shower connected to house

WiFi

Free Wi-Fi available upon request All major mobile carriers have good signal in back yard.

Large back yard

Large back yard with no grass and large palm trees is availble for free. Bring ur movie projector and out door screen and enjoy a movie. Power outlets available around bbq. Please note having landscape work done so some dirt may be present

Large area next to pool available. Please note - having landscape work done so their maybe some dirt and non grassy area

If booking for a large group (+11) or if planning a party/catering/food etc - Please don't book but first send inquiry with details and will respond and if we confirm ONLY then book/reserve No diving as it’s shallow pool in middle only NO GLASS what so ever. If broken glass found - a charge of $100 will be added. The heated jacuzzi is available on request only and needs prior approval. Indoor restrooms available upon request and if someone is home. Please use ashtrays for cigar...
