Use of custom kitchen and indoor living area adjacent to the deck & pool area. Perfect for parties looking to do food prep or wanting indoor space for non-swimming guests, infants, elders, etc. NOTE: Only available for bookings longer than 2 hours. All guests entering the home must be dry.

Variety of yard games available to utilize during your rental - perfect for larger groups or just that one kid that’s done swimming before everybody else! 😂
