Heated Pool

Unheated: Summer pool is typically 80-87 degrees, Spring/Fall is 60-80 (chilly!). Winter: cold plunge! If you prefer a specific temp, add the heat amenity. If you'd like the hot tub HOT (or any warmer than pool), add and we’ll customize to your preference. Current $ = Summer rate for pool temp set to 85-87. Hotter pool / hot tub heating will be higher and require cost revision. Message with questions!

Hot Tub

UNHEATED unless heat amenity is also added, perfect for lounging or for smaller kids! To have the hot tub heated, be sure to add the heated pool amenity!

Indoor premium shower with rainfall, body jets, and handheld spray options. Please Note: must also add bathroom access if booking is 2 hours or shorter.

Kitchen & Living Access - Small Groups (<10)

Use of custom kitchen and indoor living area adjacent to the deck & pool area. Perfect for parties looking to do food prep or wanting indoor space for non-swimming guests, infants, elders, etc. NOTE: Only available for bookings of 3+ hours. All guests entering the home must be dry.

Excess Trash

All bookings include 1 trash bag, disposed of in our residential trash can. Any additional trash or large items (pizza boxes, Costco boxes, etc.) must be taken with you. If you'd like us to handle excess trash disposal or you leave excess trash, this amenity covers each extra trash pickup needed.

Excess Cleaning

We ask that you clean up after yourselves and understand a piece of trash or a runaway Dorito may be missed - no worries! If you’d prefer not to clean up after your group, feel free to add this amenity in advance and we’ll handle it. We’ll also add post-swim if you leave & forget to clean up!
