About the pool
Have fun in our large pool where you can jump off the diving board, play basketball, and swim laps. There’s also a half court basketball hoop outside the pool. And for a premium fee, you can also play ping pong or pickleball! Perfect for a fun day at the pool or a party! Location is easy to get to right off the beltway and I270 in Bethesda.

- No smoking.
- Please do not park within two feet on either side of any driveways in the neighborhood.
- Music allowed but please keep at a reasonable level to not disturb neighbors. Place speaker on the pool deck and face it towards the back fence.
- You must pickup after your pets and place in trash.
- Place trash and recycling in proper bins in the yard.
