Great for swimming, friend hangouts, dog swims, birthday celebrations, relaxing, sun tanning, get togethers, etc. BBQ is ready to fire up w/cooking utensils available, and a mini fridge (stocked, help yourself) Lots of parking out front. Fully gated backyard, good for pets.
