Backyard Oasis, very private, pool with diving rock and spill over spa (hot tub), lounge chairs. Lower deck covered (10’ x 30’) sitting area with sofa, 2 cushion arm chairs, eating area with 8 cushion chairs. Additional charges” Fire Pit, refrigerator, BBQ. The pool is kept at 86F throughout the season. The area is completely private. There is a tanning area with lounge chairs that gets complete sun most of the day. There are shaded areas for those who would prefer to stay out of the sun The pool has both sun and shaded areas throughout the day. Easily accessible from the Don Valley Parkway Free on street parking. Please enter the backyard from the North side of the house (right side), please do not come to the front door, as we will be in the back ready to greet you. When ordering food, please instruct the delivery person to meet you at the side of the house or out front. We have recently decided to remove pets from our listing. However, we are willing to accept pets by request only. If you would like to book with a pet, please send a booking request or inquiry and we can discuss it together. We provide a washroom, which is inside our home, please enter our home only to use the washroom. We do not allow congregating inside the house. We do have cameras in the back yard. These cameras can be turned off at the request of the guest. There are several stairs that you will need to traverse to get to the pool if you have difficulty with stairs this may not be the venue for you. Once in the back yard there are 2 steps To get from the lounge area to the pool deck and 1 step to get from the lounge area into the house to use the washroom.
