About the pool

Unique oasis with large deck and full bathroom. Areas with sun and shade at all times. Kids will love the pool slide and the zip line in the forest, adults will love the sunsets and seclusion. Excellent birthday party location including shaded dinner table on lower patio. Pool area has plenty of seating including chairs, loungers and ledges in water. Great take-out food for pool within blocks. Please note that this neighborhood is undergoing a surge of modernization with some new builds, so there is often construction nearby on weekdays; quiet meditative swims may not be possible at those times. LGBTQ-friendly, of course! Note: The six steps up from the driveway are steep with no handrail.

A volley ball net ( and various balls) set up over the shallow end of pool . ( Can easily be dismounted by you if you only want it up part of the time . Does not affect slide)

Zip Line & Tree Swing

70 yard kid’s zip line through forest. Please wear shoes. Ride ends with feet against tree. Tree swing in forest with natural forest floor. Shoes recommended.

Water Powered Pool Slide Instructions

Pool slide water is turned on at the red faucet at the bottom of slide steps. One person at a time. Use at your own risk.
