About the pool

We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY REQUEST OVER 25 PEOPLE! Largest residential lazy river pool on the eastern seaboard. Patios with furniture and grill. Large field to host a kickball game along with a basketball hoop. This amazing pool is great for intimate night gatherings for the mature adults, looking to relax and have a great time. The pool lights up when the sun goes down, and the property has great lighting around the pool and on the patios. Three fire pits will provide some warmth after getting out of the pool. Relax while you play your favorite tunes while enjoying the company of your friends and family. You are entering the property at your own risk, homeowner not liable for any injuries or personal property. Parental supervision and discretion required. No wild parties or social media advertised parties.

Pool rental is for guest invites ONLY. Exact count must be provided during booking. Any additional guest will be turned away. No social media advertisements. No food or glassware in the pool area. No hanging on pool fence. No dunking on the basketball court. No jumping off the lazy river island. No running, pushing, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful activity will be allowed. Diapers are not allowed in the pool. Please be respectful. No music profanity.
