Relax and unwind in any weather at this covered hot tub! This hot tub is great for a quick muscle relaxing session, date night, or even your annual Friendsgiving (with a twist).

Our hot tub seats up to 8 adults at one time and features 2 jet modes made for massage. It sits under a gazebo overlooking the trees and stream on the property. The autumn colors will leave you in awe in the fall and even a small dusting of snow transforms our property into a winter wonderland.

8 can get in the hot tub at once, but don't worry if you have more guests because our space isn't just a hot tub! With every booking, you will have access to a full size couch, 2 arm chairs, a picnic table for 12, and round table for 4. Plus, a bathroom just steps from everything (it is not a porta-potty!).

Won't we be cold if we're not in the hot tub? Absolutely not! If you're looking for more than just a hot tub session, we have a heater you can add to keep everyone warm, even when they're not in the hot tub. And did we mention the indoor lounge? Add this space for a warm gathering spot inside.

This pool sits on a beautiful wooded acre of land. Situated on a hill, the pool and hot tub are on a different level than the main house providing great privacy for you and your guests! With no other houses in sight, you'll feel the relaxing atmosphere but you're still just minutes from everything you need.

Our pool meets everyone's needs! You'll find toys and floaties for all ages including floaties for babies as young as 6 months and a floating "beer pong" table. And, your furry friends are welcome to join us!

Hot Tub

8 person hot tub with jets and massage features. Located under the gazebo to help you relax. Available in any weather. Standard temperature: 98 degrees. Available temperatures 85-104 degrees. Can be used as a mini pool. MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 3 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

1/2 acre yard space

This is excellent for parties bringing their dogs! The yard surrounding the pool is a 1/2 acre with grass, trees, a creek, hills and so much to sniff! It is fenced with 5-6' fencing. This amenity does not include use of the playground. Book the playground amenity only to get access to both.
