Have a pool party and set up bar in our large guest house by the pool house we consider our Clubhouse! Enjoy the pool table or the poker table (cigar smoking outside only please!) Have a bachelor's get away and come enjoy a spacious clubhouse with kitchen. Gated property with long driveway so if expecting a surprise "cake" make sure and let host know to help you coordinate your fun! Of course all bridals and baby showers go well here too! Please message us with your plans, as we do need to approve weddings, or any kind of photo or video shoots that are not for personal use but for those who profit on only fans type shoots or video or film productions. Must book for 3 hour minimum. Rate includes cleaning fee, but guests must clean up messes and haul trash away. No overnight guests. Only big main play room and kitchen and powder room available. Our original Swimply listing is called WATER YOU WAITING FOR if you want to rent just the pool at a lower rate per hour without use of the the indoor clubhouse! We have been doing that for over 2 summers now!
