Pool/Spa with Private House to Yourself

What sets this pool aside from others is the privacy offered by having the pool situated far away from our main house with no neighbors close by. The Pool w/Pool House is about 200 feet away from our main house and is situated high on a hill with beautiful views of the hill country. Included in your booking is a pool house is equipped with a living area, kitchen with large dining table, and bathroom w/shower. This is especially helpful to allow people a chance to get out of the hot sun if needed. The house has a nice covered area outside with couches and big screen TV just steps away from the pool. We have also added 2 cabana beds side by side that are great for lounging. We provide clean towels and various pool floats and toys. This is an ideal set up for moderate sized gatherings or to just chill out with a few family and friends. There is plenty of parking on the property. If you have any special requests or questions, don’t hesitate to ask via messenger. We are pretty quick to respond. There is a gas grill outside available if you choose to add it with your rental. There are a couple outdoor tables w/ chairs and umbrellas already set up. For larger parties we have some folding tables and chairs that you are also welcome to use. We have a Yetti style cooler that is always available and a full size refrigerator in the pool house. The kitchen is stocked with all the normal utensils you would find at home including tools for the grill. Clothing- we occasionally have guests asking about swimming au natural which we don’t mind. None of the neighbors, nor owners, will have a line of sight back there. It’s very private. ❗️During peak season from May through September, we reserve weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and Holidays for parties with at least 20 guests.
