Pool/Spa with Private House to Yourself

The most notable feature that sets this pool aside from others, is the privacy offered by having it situated far away from our main house, and the beautiful hill county views. You will not be in our backyard and our property is 4 acres in size. Our large pool house is equipped with a full living area, kitchen, and bathroom w/shower. Sitting just feet from the pool, is a nice covered patio area with couches and big screen TV. This is a great place to have a moderate sized gathering, or just chill out with family and friends. Clothing- we occasionally get guests asking about swimming au natural. We don’t mind if guests go au natural. None of the neighbors, nor owners, will have a line of sight back there. It’s very private. We are open to booking everyday of the year, but on Saturdays and Sundays from 6/1/25 -8/15/25 we require a minimum group size of 21 or more guests. If you book with less than that, your booking will be canceled. We DO NOT accommodate mass-promoted or ticketed events. During the cooler months we can heat the pool or spa. The additional fee for heating the pool or spa is to cover the cost of propane.
