About the pool

My professionally maintained and balanced pool experience is situated less than a mile from world-class Siesta Key Beach and offers all the 1st class amenities a guest would require. Grilling, tanning, camping, fire pit, sports, live music, enterprise-level, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an outdoor movie theater with a 10' x 12' high-definition screen and projector all await for your enjoyment.

What makes it special

Grill

LP gas grill and/or fire pit area with all the grates, utensils, and accessories included in rental price. A larger, 5-burner, stainless steel grill with a side burner is available for larger parties and is not included in the standard package. Ask about pricing.

Shower

An obscure yet luxurious outdoor shower with private dressing room, seating and a mirror is included in the rental price. ** PLEASE NOTE: The shower and dressing room is for rinsing off the chlorine and changing. Guests are kindly asked to limit shower time to 1 - 2 minutes.

WiFi

Enterprise-level, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the venue and can support 300+ connections.

Fire Pit

We have an in-ground, 6' diameter fire pit capable of seating 8 - 10. This amenity is free if you BYO kindling/logs/fluid. We also offer a premium service that includes all the wood + marshmallows and skewers. Maximum burn time is 3 hours. This premium service is available for a $25 flat fee.

Speakers

A Bluetooth portable speaker is available for use. We also offer a premium package, which includes an 800-watt outdoor theater/PA sound system capable of supporting BT connectivity and microphones for karaoke. This is a premium option and not included in the pricing. Ask for details.

Beach Jenga

Component blocks are much larger, (almost Brick-sized) than the standard pieces. Tower heights can exceed 36" in height.

There will be NO exceptions and NO warnings. Failure to observe this REQUIREMENT will result in the immediate termination of your event, a zero refund policy and will incur a $500 penalty for clean-up and remediation of the affected area(s). Children <12 must be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES while in the pool. Again, NO exceptions...
