Heart of Chapel Hill

**Reservations open for 2026** Secluded pool located in residential area within 3 miles of UNC-Chapel Hill. Kid-friendly. It's rumored that Michael Jordan swam in this classic pool when he was a student at UNC. Shallow end is 31/2 - 5ft and quickly goes to 9ft to accommodate diving board. Entire pool usually has direct sun from 2-4pm. Consider hiring a certified lifeguard for your event. Happy to provide a list of neighborhood guards. Make sure to schedule time to accommodate set-up/clean-up. Please do not ask to come early or stay late. No bounce houses, confetti or balloons (this includes water balloons) or anything that will litter or damage the pool/yard and pets. We are happy to provide our personal backyard and pool space with you. We are not a concierge service. We are not event planners. Please make sure to read the description fully and follow all rules. We want to keep everything safe, nice and clean for everyone to enjoy.
