Pool is situated off the side of the house with privacy surrounded by fields and Mountain Views to the east.
Prices reflect number of guests - even if they don’t swim. (Larger parties require more clean up and bathroom maintenance)
30 people or more can request additional chairs and tables to be provided. Set up would be completed by the reserving guests.

Additional rules
Children who can’t swim must wear life vests and be supervised at all times. No pets. Do not put boiling or extreme hot pots on the quartz. Damages to the area will be charged to the reserving party.
All trash from the event must be bagged and thrown in the trash can prior to leaving the property.
No food in the pool. No glass near the pool. Putting green is for the additional reservation only.
