About the pool

Urban pool and large hot tub, ping pong, bocce ball, fire pit, traeger pellet grill and seating for 16. Located downtown in the center of it all!

The pool is not heated on demand like the hot tub. It takes a long time to heat so a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

Guests are provided access to One bedroom with Chairs, sofa, Sinks, shower, bathtub and toilet. Bring towels if you plan to take a shower.

Grill

A Traeger Electric smoker/grill is provided for your enjoyment. Please read directions and access grill grate in the Pantry. The Pellets can be purchased at the nearest grocery store (H-E-B).

No music above city ordinance level. Fines for loud or disorderly conduct are the responsibility of guest. Guest and guest’s guests understand there is no lifeguard on duty and that they swim and use the property at their own risk. Guest indemnifies owner from any liability for guest(s) and guest’s guest’s actions, accidents and misconduct. Damages to pool, games or property are the sole responsibility of the booking guest. -Pickup all trash and return all games to the covered carport.
