No music above city ordinance level. Fines for loud or disorderly conduct are the responsibility of guest. Guest and guest’s guests understand there is no lifeguard on duty and that they swim and use the property at their own risk. Guest indemnifies owner from any liability for guest(s) and guest’s guest’s actions, accidents and misconduct. Damages to pool, games or property are the sole responsibility of the booking guest. -Pickup all trash and return all games to the covered carport.
