About the pool

May - Oct: Enjoy our private, heated pool in a beautiful natural setting with lots of beautiful flowers and privacy with trees. Hot Tub seats 4 adults very comfortably and kids love it too; lots of jets.

Always: Family friendly, diversity and LBGTQ+ welcome Backs up to over 100 acres of woods and our yard is a certified wildlife habitat. Very relaxing! Lots of birds, butterflies, usually one frog and lots of chipmunks in season!

Oct - May: Enjoy fall into winter and spring with family and friend gatherings in the hot tub and around a fire. Cushioned sectional plus chairs seats 12 around the gas fire pit with additional outside heater if needed. Relax in the hot tub solo or with friends!

Vaping is allowed, 420 friendly. Please check with us regarding alcohol; it will depend on party size, ages and purpose. Adult must be in pool or spa with anyone under 6 or who is not a swimmer, and children under 3 need to wear a floatation device. For spa, 3h advance request to lower temperature for kids. We have 1 infant and 3 child floats available. Loud music prohibited but conversational level is fine, as we are in a suburban neighborhood. We have a Bluetooth speaker available for you...
