Hot Tub

8 foot built in hot tub with jacuzzi jets. Seats about 15. Can turn on hot tub light after dark. Depending on the air temperature, will need time to heat to 100 degrees.

Heated Pool

Pool is not heated if air temperature is 80 degrees or higher. We have a dark bottom pool that heats from the sun and usually hovers anywhere from 77-83 degrees.

Fun is very important but safety is top priority. Please review all these rules with your guests. 1. POOL HOUSE on the pool deck is NOT for guest use. Door must be kept closed at all times. 2. NO alcohol, glass/bottles, water balloons, eating/drinking in pool, head-first diving, going down slide head-first and rough housing. 3.
