NO OUTSIDE LARGE BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS, SPEAKER TOWERS, SPEAKER BOXES, AUDIO GEAR OR DJ GEAR ALLOWED. We have a great audio system you are free to use. Please just be mindful. My wife has spent quite sometime developing her gardens outside. Please treat the space as if it were your own. Please respect my neighbors. No glass. Must clean up after yourselves. If you use our dishes for the outdoor kitchen, they all must be rinsed of any food and left in the sink. We will wash, just want food dispose...
