About the pool

Looking for a fun spot but surrounded by serenity? Well you found it! This pool can be your own private oasis. A large in ground pool with nothing but trees and the sounds of nature around you. There is plenty of yard space not only within the gates of the pool, but also plenty of other land for bigger events ( additional fees for big events). Whether it is for a party or just to relax we would love for you to make some great memories as we have. You can come soak up the rays during the day or party the night away!

Grill

Large grill, half is gas( with attached burner) and half is charcoal. Use just one or both sides. All grill tools will be provided. User must clean grill when you are done using it. Renter is responsible to bring gas and/or charcoal. Renter is responsible to clean grill after use.

Assortment of pool floaties, basketball/volleyball. *Floaties do not substitute for lifejackets for non swimmers* Please being proper floatation devices if you can not swim.

No lifeguard on duty *swim at your own risk* All floaties provided are for fun and not safety Recycling and garbage MUST be separated. Cans are provided for each. Cigarette butts should not be thrown around the property. **Note** There is a two hour minimum requirement for bookings If you bring a pet you must clean up after them biodegradable poop bags will be provided by host. There will also be a $25 clean up fee per pet that enters the pool.
