Are you looking for a place to host your next birthday party, family get together, Fourth of July Celebration, or just get away from it all and enjoy a fresh air, sunshine, and water? (Hey you might even see a llama and some cows behind the pool) Party Central located in Blanchard allows you allows you to enjoy your surroundings-Covered Porch-Pool-Fire Pit--Grass Volleyball all in Blanchard, Oklahoma! The pool is large with two waterfalls and bubblers, pool basketball and a slide. There are many places to lay around the pool, along with multiple shady areas to stay cool. Patio includes a fan and TV. The large front yard is available for rental also.

Weekend reservations-2 hour minimum. *No Smoking or Vaping *No Pets *No Glass *No Drugs ALL GUESTS MUST SIGN LIABILITY AND WAIVER FORMS ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY THAT TAKES PLACE WHILE ON THE PROPERTY KIDS UNDER 18 MUST BE MONITORED CLOSELY (WITHIN 10 FEET) BY A SPONSORED ADULT. MUST HAVE GUARDIAN PERMISSION.

Heated Pool

Pool can be heated for a fee to cover the cost of heating the pool. The water temperature in the summer stays around 75-90 degrees.

Front Yard Use

Party may use the front yard to play soccer, play kickball, jump on the trampoline, or play bocce ball. Fee includes set up of activity that is chosen.

Water Volleyball

Water volleyball net will be set up when the party is ready for this activity. Two different types of balls will be available to use. Please do not pull on the net.

I love hosting parties. Let me host yours! This package will get you use of the Grill with utensils-Plasticware for 15 (plates, napkins, plastic utensils, & cups)-40 pack of bottled water-5 towels-access to the front yard-firepit-and clean up. I can provided some decorations if given the theme.

Babies must wear a swim specific diaper. No running. Children that can not swim should wear a flotation device and be accompanied by a guardian at all times. No Smoking.
