About the pool
Home with private saltwater pool, secluded from neighbors surrounded by lush trees and palm leaves. Pool is cleaned daily and treated weekly, during winter months pool can be heated by request. Spa tub available with relaxing jets. Lanai, TV, pizza oven, restroom toilet only, shower not included. Inquire today. Gusts must leave ON TIME, allow yourself time to pack up within your reserved window.
You break it, you buy it. Fun-boy floats are expensive pls no rough housing with the floats.

Listed in pool rules regarding funboy floats due to its expensive cost I urge guest to use with caution. If broken guest can feel free to take broken float once reimbursed. Canopy unfortunately are not sold separately and unfortunately this style is over 300$ to replace due to out of stock.

Cannot accommodate large groups at home or in the pool! No Smoking on property , no hookahs, Young child bday parties only, Bathroom entrance on side of home use side pool fence to access stairs to side door. *** PLEASE ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER PROVIDED- no wipes etc septic tank home. Please take all trash to trash cans near garage. Please remove all pool toys and floats from pool area. And please leave on time.
