Outdoor

This oversized pool is 9 ft deep, and offers both sun and shade at all times of day with seating for sun lovers and shade seekers. Silky smooth salt water is gentler on the eyes, skin, hair, swimsuits and it's easier to float, making it great for new swimmers. We keep our pool heated to 83 degrees, and you can pay $15 to increase it to 86 degrees for a warmer swim.

We have power near the table and in the cabana to keep your phone charged. Our pool house offers a full bathroom with a shower for use to all guests. Full use of the pool house (kitchen/living area and to have the AC on) is a premium add on amenity for a flat $60. Pool house is required booking for groups of 6 or more.

Concrete deck and pool liner were both replaced before the 2026 season making the space even more luxurious! We are located in North Carmel/South Westfield near I-31. We have a privacy fence, wooded yard, and lovely space for family gatherings.

Heated Pool

We keep our pool at a minimum of 83 degrees. If you are doing an evening swim or on a cooler day, we can increase the temp to 88 degrees upon request if booked a day in advance for an additional $10 fee.

Pool House

We have a pool house with a living area, kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, air fryer, and cooktop bathroom and AC. Use of the pool house (outside of just the restroom) can be added providing guests a cool place to prepare food, chill drinks in the fridge, take a break, or rest in the AC.

Grill

We have a gas grill that can be used to have an outdoor meal while you enjoy a day at the pool.

Pool Toys

We have a variety of floats, balls, and games that are free for use. We provide a bottle of alcohol to spray them off prior to use.

Fire Pit

We have a wood burning fire pit at the southwest corner of the property and the deep end of the pool. It's great for hot dogs, marshmallows to make smores, or just hanging out as the sun goes down. We have lots of kinling to help you start your fire, but you will need to bring wood.

Renter is responsible for guests complying with rules.
