Pool will be heated to 86 degrees. TWO HOUR MINIMUM BOOKING. Please allow 24 hour (or overnight) notice to allow time to heat the pool.

Large Pool Side Cooler

Keter 14.8 gallon Bevy Bar cooler. Why lug your own cooler? PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN ICE!

Fire Pit

Large firepit with 4 adirondack chairs, Firepit has large grill plates (think campsite like if you'd like to cook on it); bring your own wood or gather from my wooded areas.

Pool Toys

Noodles, beach balls, inner tubes, floating loungers, whales tails, splash, skimmers and tossing balls. All pool toys and floats are for people only!, not your pups! Apologies for adding a cost for this but had to so it isn't automatically selected. I have a lot of pool toys!

Extra Time - Event Setup

Need extra time on either side of your reservation to set up or clean up from your event without using your more expensive swim time? 15 minutes on either side of your reservation can be used for this. Up to 2 people may arrive early and/or leave 15 minutes extra for setup and/or cleanup.

TWO hours Hot Tub

Staying more than 2 hours and don't want the hot tub for your entire stay? Try a shorter time and save a little $. Great option for longer reservations. If you choose this option, don't select the main hot tub option. Please message us with the timeframe you'd like it heated!
