About the pool

Welcome to our backyard family fun spot. 40 x 15 foot pool with a large shade over the shallow end to protect the littles’ skin. 9+ feet deep, perfect for pretend underwater excursions. Plenty of street parking along our back fence and direct access to the pool. Curtains to the house will be closed. Large umbrellas and shade sails to get out of the sun, and a patio swing tucked back under a large pepper tree allow you to relax and just be. Little kid friendly treehouse (raised platform) allows your kiddos to play pretend while taking a swim-break. Your kiddos are welcome to use the trampoline, just remember to zip up the safety enclosure please! Feel free to use the back covered patio area, there's a TV there you're welcome to use. The bathroom inside the house is available for your use IF we’re home during your rental (and we'll let you know if you pick a swim time when we're not there so you know in advance). Just knock & we’ll let you in! Please bring your own towels. Enjoy!

Please apply sunscreen 30mins before getting in pool, our filter would appreciate it! Put trash in the bins provided. Bring your own towels and pool toys. Clean up before leaving. Strictly no smoking or drinking if found you will be asked to leave immediately. No pets (except for service animals). Owner takes no responsibilities...
