Smoking or vaping in designated areas only. There is a No Glass Policy, Can Only drinks be allowed at all times. There will be an automatic $100 fee for any broken glass. No food or trash in the pool or anywhere in the property. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for food in the pool and backyard. No running in the pool area. Kids under 2 need swimmers.
