Southwood Serenity

Backyard patio with a heated salt water pool. Pool temperature is around 85 degrees. Most likely will not want or need the heater. As added safety, the pool has a retractable cover that can be closed when not swimming. There is a stone fire pit area that can be used, as well, with 11 chairs. There is a Sonos system to listen to music. There is an outdoor refrigerator if you'd like to bring lunch and drinks and a barbecue grill, if you'd like to grill. There are six chaise lounge chairs, eight seats around a dining table, a love seat, coffee table, and two cushioned seats. There is outdoor lighting around the patio and fire pit area. There is NO lifeguard on duty. For an additional fee, the host can provide a certified lifeguard. Our hope is for our guests to have an enjoyable time with their friends or family. Please be respectful of our yard and our neighbors. Guests are expected to clean up after use and trash bins and bags will be provided by the host. Bathroom is available in home.
