🔇 NOISE & MUSIC ✅ Music is welcome! ✅ I provide a small JBL speaker ✅ Please keep the volume at a respectful level for our neighbors at all times. ❌ DJs, professional sound systems, large speakers, live bands, or amplified entertainment are not permitted. -I invite you to enjoy and respect my oasis. Be courteous to my neighbors when playing music. By 9 PM no music is allowed. -No glass is allowed in the backyard/pool. Please no eating or drinking in the pool. -The slide is only for use of up to 100 lbs. Adults, please do not slide down the slide. -Please do not touch anything on the filter/pump. -If you will need to use the restroom in my home, please message me and let me know this way I can ensure you will have access to the restroom. Please be sure you are dry before entering my home. -Kindly store all pool toys back and leave the furniture the way you entered. -While sunbathing on the lounge chairs please place a towel on the cushion. -The property owner reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately, without refund, if: • The reservation is found to be subleased or transferred to another party. • House rules are violated. • Unauthorized guests are present. • Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or safety concerns occur. • Guests fail to follow instructions provided by the property owner. The property owner has the final authority regarding the use of the property and enforcement of all house rules. Please relax and enjoy our pool and yard as much as we do 🌴🫶🏼🍍🦩
