Inground 5’ deep pool with textured pool paver area and covered patio with ceiling fan;

Pool water is only heated by the sun!

Dog(s) only allowed for additional fee with signed damage and liability waiver. Inquire further.

What makes it special

Shower

Outdoor shower and water hose is available but its not heated water [only by solar]. Bring your own towels, shampoo, body wash etc. Is secluded by natural plantings snd has large pavers but is not enclosed. Is NOT enclosed for privacy or changing clothes but is obstructed view with plants close by. Bring your own towel, shampoo, gel, etc.

Pool Toys

Some floats, kivk boards, noodles, balls and other pool toys are available. BYO!

Private swim lessons by appointment only. All ages welcome! Cost based on Skills Assessment [one time fee] then recommended # sessions / psvksge deals. Inquire further. Professional instructor for decades!

Some games provided: croquet, jarts, ladder ball toss, football, frisbee. BYO!

Alcohol drinkers must be legal age. and bring your own. Intoxication, unruly and dangerous behavior will not be tolerated. Guests are responsible for theirs or their guests damages and agree to waive Owner of any liability. No stacking people on shoulders [chicken fights] allowed. No glass bottles or containers allowed. Owners restroom may be used for events over 2-hours or for emergencies only. Must towel dry and not wear shoes, sandals or flip flops indoors.
