Modern Tarrytown home with relaxing pool gem, along with oversized hot tub. Enjoy whole house audio outdoors, bocce ball, ladder golf, corn hole, beer pong, and the outdoor grill.

Minutes from downtown Austin, the house also sits on a street where one end is Lake Austin.

Guests love this cozy outdoor area for a meditative oasis getaway, or as an active entertainment space. Inquiries for indoor rental with the pool can be submitted for consideration.

Hot Tub

The hot tub is controlled from the Spa side remote. It takes 45 minutes to an hour to set the hot tub heating. If you would like to heat the pool you must arrange for heating pool by paying the pool heat fee

Heated Pool

If you would like the pool heated we charge a $75 to cover the energy usage. The pool is not heated on demand like the hot tub. It takes a long time to heat it so its best to heat it for your entire stay. Our normal charge covers heating it to 85 degrees for the entirety of your stay.

Grill

Gas Grill is located on back patio with full grilling utensils. Please completely shut off gas, clean grill grates with brush and cover the grill after use.

Towels

We only use Luxury bath towels same as at a lavish 5-star hotel.

WiFi

Fire Pit

We have a steel firepit that takes wood. You may purchase wood in the winter months at the 7-11 on lake Austin Blvd. less than a mile from the house.

Pets are welcome but please make sure to pay pet rent of $100 per pet per reservation for the 1st pet and $75 for each pet thereafter. If there is more than one pet please contact us for options. There is a penalty of $200 per night for not registering your pet prior to stay. Please keep pets in crates when you leave the home.
