Big beautiful pool with a waterfall rock feature that you could jump off. A kiddie area and a Jacuzzi that fits up to 10 people. Big enough yard to throw a party. Additional rules

For first timers they will be a safety walk-through. No glass allowed next to the pool. Must clean up after party, or choose to pay cleanup fee. Trash cans will be provided. One adult supervision per every 4 kids, or hire a lifeguard for your event. Gate must be kept closed at all times for safety. No hanging out in front, for consideration of neighbors. Recording devices only in front for safety and headcount. Keep gate closed at all times.
