About the pool

Rustic Beach vibe with cozy seating all around. Lots of artsy decor and charm. Older Home that I have lived in for 30 years and is my pleasure to share. Lots of sun early in the day and pool is in sun until it begins to shade at about 2PM and completely shaded by 4PM. Great for Adult/Kid Birthday parties, Happy Hours, Day/lunch break swims, special occasions and Family Get-Togethers. Evening is quiet and nice to swim about with dim lighting setting the scene. Selection of games available to play with groups(Large table has umbrella lights and seats 6 for evening gatherings). Adult beverages permitted with responsible drinking for those 21+. Music allowed with neighborly courtesy in mind. BASIC rules set/posted are for your safety and strictly enforced (shoes/sandals/flip flops required unless swimming, no running, diving, horsing around or shouting. Behaving overly intoxicated or loud arguing is not permitted. NO GLASS ALLOWED beyond inside gate. Extra tables for food avail w/ request

One large table, one medium table and 2 kid's level tables available for additional kid's seating. Cooking utensils (spatulas, Tongs, serving spoons, sharp knives, bowls, disposable aluminum roasting pans, reusable plastic cocktail and bev glasses). Mixing bowls and cutting board also avail.
