18k gallon SALT WATER ozonated pool w/hot tub. 180 degree view over looking the green belt, 100% privacy view. Fully landscaped with palms and tropical flowers. Large pergola with 2 outdoor TVs, 6 speaker sound system, 4 mister fans, patio furniture and day bed. 6 person large outdoor table for eating w/umbrella covering. Professional grade horseshoe pit, and corn hole boards provided for outdoor entertainment, large St. Augustine yard for playtime. Available 18’ tv screen and projector for additional charge for movie night poolside or projection of family videos for celebrations.
