About the pool

Welcome to the country! We are on 4 acres and aside from our pool and hot-tub, have a private pool house for setting up food for parties, changing, showering and using the restroom! We have pickleball, a playground and jungle gym, lots of outdoor furniture to relax on, firepits, and a relaxing getaway! No food or drink in the pool please, No peeing in the pool, and no lifeguard on duty! We have no alcohol on our listing, but as long as you are being responsible, we don't mind. just let us know! :) please try to eat at the designated table areas and not on the white patio furniture underneath the covered portion if possible. You are welcome to play with pool toys, cornhole boards, and more! :) there is free Wi-Fi available upon request and a large bluetooth speaker that you can connect your phone to from music if desired!

Hot Tub

The hot tub is connected to the pool but we will need to know ahead of time if you want to use it, so we can heat it :) You are welcome to swim in it even if not heated.

Corn hole

Volleyball Court

We have a volleyball net, with no sand but you are welcome to use the volleyball and volleyball net to play volleyball. Play at own risk as ground is uneven in some places :)

Playground

Great playground and jungle gym available for play. It has a rock wall, slide, monkey bars, lookout, table and swings.

Pool Toys

We have some lifejackets and pool noodles, water guns and snorkel gear that people are welcome to use

Speakers

We are happy to let you use our Bluetooth speaker as long as music is clean. (We have children too!)

WiFi

You’re welcome to use our wifi while you’re here. Just ask us for the code!

Fire Pit

We have two fire pits available for use if it’s not too windy. No charge if you bring your own wood. If you don’t have your own wood, this is not something we offer.

No running around the pool, no peeing in the pool (we use non-chemical options and if you pee in the pool we can’t keep the water in healthier shape for you!) No food or drinks in the pool, please use the outdoor shower to shower off any lotions and other stuff on body prior to getting in. If you want to connect to the speaker, it’s “blockrocker” just turn it on and hit the Bluetooth button. WiFi password is CasaDub22 if needed :) for slide, for kids only, one at a time, and no head first :)
