Resort Pool W/ Grotto & Private Bathroom

🏊‍♀️ Gorgeous modern pool set on 2 acres, with a fun aesthetic, with a 6 person grotto behind a huge waterfall. The 2 Baja shelves are great for tanning. 🌴 Take a swim, then cozy up at the fireplace or fire pit or catch the game on the 80” outdoor TV. The covered 10 person table also has a TV and Memphis pellet grill/smoker. Enjoy the view surrounded by fig & lime trees, grape vines and berry bushes. Feel free to use the sink, ice bin or 2 large refrigerated drawers in the outdoor kitchen. 🌙 Perfect pool for dark skies. The backyard lights are very faint even when on. ⛱️ What makes our pool special? You will have your own private backyard patio bathroom with a full walk-in shower. 90% of other Swimply pools in the area, you have to go into the residence. We disinfect the bathroom after each group visits. The majority of our guests are repeat, but we always love to share our little slice of paradise with new groups! Currently, we are requiring a THREE HOUR MINIMUM for new groups on the weekends. When you book the pool, please book it for at least THREE hours or it will cancel your reservation. All adult guests must read the waiver of liability, I will send link to online signature once booked. Anyone under 12 needs their parents to be present or an additional waiver signed. There is no lifeguard on duty. 1. The guest making the reservation must be at least 21. 2. Absolutely no glass or suntan oil. 3. No running outside of pool or walking on top of the grotto for any reason. 4. No throwing small items that can break windows (like baseballs). 5.
